We are a “husband and wife team”; John is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 40 years property experience; Bridget is an experienced fashion buyer, stylist and interiors expert with a passion for gardens and nature.

We typically specialise in the refurbishment or “new build” development of complicated properties, creating stylish and sought after homes.  Often working with specialist professionals and craftsmen, we have been involved in the development and refurbishment of countless schemes (both commercial and residential) from small cottages, through blocks of flats or offices to entire country estates.

Important in the process is enhancing the authentic charm of the building and, by clever use of materials and textures, creating alluring accommodation which is comfortable and practical.

The service stretches from assembling and managing the appropriate team, acquisition and planning through construction to furnishing and creating gardens.
